We meet for a dedicated five to six hour session where we explore your business from every angle, move through your priorities, and create the structure and direction you need to move forward with confidence.
Our work together is thoughtful and grounded. The environment is collaborative and conversational, and everything we cover is tailored to your goals, your stage of business, and the decisions that are currently sitting on your plate. Whether you are refining your model, preparing for expansion, shaping your brand, or navigating early founder steps, the entire day is built around what will bring you the most clarity and momentum.
This container gives you the opportunity to step outside your daily routine, look at your business with fresh eyes, and make decisions with a sense of calm, intention, and strategic clarity. The Better Day: Five to six-hour strategy experience, available virtually or in person in Toronto.
Investment: 2,500 CAD

Optional Support:

My approach during The Better Day is grounded, personal, and rooted in real experience. I am not coming in as a consultant who keeps a distance, and I am not here to overwhelm you with jargon or frameworks. Instead, I show up as a founder alongside you. We think together, question assumptions, explore possibilities, and look at the decisions in front of you with honesty and clarity.

The goal is not to tell you what to do. The goal is to help you understand what makes the most sense for your specific situation and why. I help you see your business with a wider perspective, and I support you in finding solutions that align with your vision, your values, and the reality of your resources.

During the session we will move between strategy, operations, creative thinking, and practical decision-making with ease. The process is structured enough to feel productive, but flexible enough to follow the real questions that arise. Every founder arrives with a different story and a different set of challenges, and I adapt the conversation to meet you exactly where you are.

If we decide to continue working together after The Better Day, my involvement becomes more hands-on.
